We proudly provide our childcare to help children thrive in academic developing skills along with gross motor and fine motor functions. We at My Little Sprouts authorize that we will not make use of any personal information provided to us for personal use or to sell to third party vendor. We are only operating through the safety and well being of children and not sell or use personal data for  social media, catalogs and website for personal use.

Legal Compliance: We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations, respond to legal requests, or protect our rights.

Emergency Situations: We may share information in emergency situations to protect the health and safety of children and staff.

Information We Collect We may collect the following types of personal information:

• Children's Information: Name, date of birth, medical information, emergency contact details, dietary restrictions, photographs, and developmental records.
• Parents' and Guardians' Information: Name, address, phone number, email address, employment information, and billing details.
• Child Information: the child’s personal information such as birthday and name, medication  medical history, allergies and more.

3. How We Use Information We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Providing daycare services and ensuring the safety and well-being of children.
• Communicating with parents and guardians regarding their child’s care.
• Maintaining accurate records for billing and administrative purposes.
• Complying with legal and regulatory requirements

Child Care Terms and Conditions

1. Enrollment Requirements
All required enrollment documents, including emergency contact forms, medical records, and any other necessary paperwork, must be submitted in full before a child can begin care. Failure to provide the required documents may result in a delay in the child’s start date.

2. Tuition and Payment Policy
Tuition must be paid in full regardless of whether the child attends on any given day, unless the child has been fully unenrolled from the program. Any outstanding balance exceeding $100 will result in a delay in care until the balance is brought below this amount. Payments are due on the agreed-upon schedule, and late fees may apply for overdue payments.

3. Redirection and Behavior Management
Our child care center focuses on positive redirection rather than discipline. We guide children towards making appropriate choices by offering alternatives, modeling proper behavior, and reinforcing positive actions. Physical punishment, harsh words, or punitive measures are not used under any circumstances. We work with children and families to ensure a positive and respectful environment for all.

4. Anti-Bullying Policy
Bullying in any form will not be tolerated. If a child engages in bullying behavior, parents or guardians will be notified immediately. Continued bullying may result in further action, including the possibility of termination of care if the behavior persists and cannot be resolved through appropriate interventions.

5. Contract Termination
The child care center reserves the right to terminate this agreement under the following conditions:

• Failure to comply with center policies and procedures
• Non-payment of tuition or fees
• Continuous behavioral concerns that cannot be resolved
• Failure to submit required documentation
• Any situation that compromises the safety and well-being of staff or children

Parent Termination-Parents or guardians must provide 1 week written notice to terminate services. (Any outstanding balances must be paid in full at the time of termination.)

6. Delays in Care Due to Outstanding Balances
If a family’s outstanding balance exceeds $100, care will be delayed until the balance is reduced below this amount. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure payments are made on time to avoid interruptions in service.

By enrolling in our child care program, parents or guardians acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. Any questions or concerns regarding these policies should be directed to the center’s administration.

Other Terms

-Parents can notify the daycare in advance if their child will be absent.

Holidays and Closures: Provided on calendar

Fees: All fees and late fees must be paid in full. More information will be provided on Documentation forms.
